We are extremely grateful for Governor Ron DeSantis’ “safer at home” order for the state of Florida during the COVID-19 pandemic. We encourage everyone to stay at home and leave the house only for necessary travel and social distancing activities.
We are grateful that we are considered an essential business during this time, which means we are open for business for all the boaters around Central Florida.
Low Risk Activities for COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people around Florida are trying to stay active and not be stuck in their homes 24/7. We encourage everyone to spend most of their time staying safe at home, but there are also safe, low risk ways you can still get out for much needed activities.
Thankfully, as Floridians, we are still allowed to get out on our boats and enjoy the water. Sometimes you don’t have the time to work on your boat, thoroughly clean your boat, and update it. Now, since people have plenty of more time to do this, they can easily update their boat for when the lockdown is lifted.
Here are some boating activities to do:
- Work on Your Boat
- Clean and Wax Your Boat
- Buy Boat Parts and Accessories
In-regards-to boating, we strongly advise all boaters to stay 50-feet apart from other boats, keep less than 10 people on your boat, and stay at least 6-feet away from other people while launching.
